Refund Policy
SmartClinic AI services are provided on a subscription and business (B2B) basis between the Company and its business customers, and all fees paid for the services are final and non-refundable, including fees for any subscription period paid in advance, whether in whole or in part, and including where the customer discontinues use of the services prior to the end of the term. This does not derogate from the customer's right to terminate the engagement effective at the end of the subscription term in accordance with the agreement; however, such termination shall not entitle the customer to any refund for the remaining unused portion of the paid term. In the event of an erroneous or duplicate charge resulting from a technical malfunction, the Company will act to correct the charge or issue a corresponding credit. This policy applies to business customers; should the services be purchased by a private (consumer) customer, the applicable consumer protection laws shall apply.
