Who has access to my patients' information?
Your medical information and that of your patients are accessible only to you. Each patient has access only to their own information. Personal medical data entered is not shared with any third party and is not used for commercial purposes. Upon your request to delete the account, the company will erase all data for the clinic and its patients.
Is the installation process complex?
The installation is simple and fast, and the system is ready to work within minutes.

Are the system's summaries accurate?
Smart Clinic was built on the extensive experience of many physicians, hospitals, and clinics, and supports relevant clinical protocols. The source documents uploaded by the patient are attached to every summary. Summaries are offered as a draft, and you choose what to approve. In our experience, the system is over 90% accurate (up to 99% for summarizing all general details). The accuracy and capabilities continuously and substantially improve with your experience and use.
How does it integrate with my clinic?
Using the system is simple and easy, done via your computer's browser. Installation does not require infrastructure changes. Should you wish to integrate with an existing system, you can add an API or integrate with your EHR.
How long does it take to start using the system?
You can start using the system within minutes of installation. No IT experts are needed, and you can begin working immediately. All that's left for you is to select and define the patient questionnaire for your needs and specialty on the login screen.
